Fresh Pathways in Prayer
by Julian Hardyman | Book Summary
Author: Julian Hardyman |
Prayer is also a bit strange. Speaking to God isn't the same as speaking to someone in the room with us or even on the phone. It seems that although Christians are often pretty good at admitting they struggle with prayer from time-to-time, we're not so good at being honest about the specific things that we find to be difficult or confusing. Let us be frank about those things! Ask honest questions — the sort of questions, it turns out, that everyone thinks but hardly anyone actually speaks out loud — and you just might find that some of the answers turn out to provide fresh and practical ideas to refresh and even de-mystify our prayer lives. Read on to find your prayer struggles understood and met with all the freedom that God gives in His great gift of prayer. |
