Book Summary of Union With Christ by Rankin Wilbourne

In a world that is deeply sexually-confused and broken, how do we have gospel-centered conversations about sexuality with our children? One vital aspect of this is family discipleship. Our children are being influenced by social media, their friends, and, tragically, pornography. This is why it is all the more crucial for Christian parents to be equipped to bring God's Word to bear on conversations about sex.

Christian parents are equipped through the gospel to disciple their children in the area of sex, even in a culture as broken as ours. The gospel gives grace to sexual sinners and power to walk in holiness. Though not intended to be a how-to manual on having conversations about sexuality, the authors want "to build for you a biblical way of thinking about this topic that takes into account the whole witness of Scripture in the light of Christ" (p. 191).
