Overview:
There are seven key practices that Jesus gave His disciples. They are the Lord's Supper, reconciliation, proclaiming the gospel, being with the "least of these," being with children, fivefold ministry gifting, and kingdom prayer. These disciplines are to be put in practice by the church. When these actions are being done, Christ's presence comes near the church in a profound way.
Christ's presence with the church can also pour over into the neighborhoods as well. In fact, when these disciplines are actively pursued they should be present in our natural relationships both within and outside of the church.
A study of these actions will help Christians transform their churches and advance the kingdom.
